Walking Brave

Walking Brave is our biggest annual event, exclusive to Stay Brave, and open to all.

Each summer supporters from all walks of life walking across the capital raising awareness for survivors of rape and intimate abuse.

The walk symbolises the journey survivors take when taking those first steps. Just like this walk, asking for help may seem easy until you're having to set off.

What support do I get?

We'll supply some water, energy bars and you'll get an official Stay Brave t-shirt to wear. Lunch is also covered.

Do I need to train?

Nope, although you might get a blister!

Is it accessible for those with disabilities?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot assist those with disabilities however we have a first aider available if you believe you can do it.

What do I need?

Passion, some comfortable walking shoes and a smile.

Is it free to take part?

The event is free for those fundraising a target over £100. If you would rather not fundraise we ask for a £15 to help cover our costs.
